Return Policy
You are eligible for a return only if the product has a manufacturing defect, if a wrong item was shipped, or if it was damaged during transit. Please note that returns due to color choice will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, the product must be in its original condition with the tag intact and returned within 14 days. A video/photo of the unboxing must be provided for verification. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, which will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Process
Once your complaint is accepted through WhatsApp/email, we’ll handle everything. If you're returning an item for a replacement, simply send us picture/video proof, and we’ll inspect the product's condition before issuing a replacement.
For refunds, if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. After inspection, Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, which will be processed within 10 business days.
